Wappingers Falls, NY Studio*: Record in our studio at 2789 West Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY for a group of up to 4 people.

Your Place: We bring our equipment to you. Pre-Approval required. We need ventilation and proper social distancing abilities.

Everywhere or Virtual: Connect callers together on the phone or Zoom.

2. Post-Production Editing

During post-production, we edit your audio file for flagged mistakes made during Production, where we knew a bloopers or mistakes need removed. We also listen for too many “Ums…” or pauses and clean that up.
1st Round Editing:
Includes cleaning up the sound, and deleting mistakes flagged during the recording. You then listen to the full file to see if there is more you want removed.
2nd Round Editing: Includes requests made by you to remove or clean up certain sections. This does not include voice-overs.
Additional edits and voice-overs can be made for the hourly rate of $250/hr.

3. Podcast Publishing

After we finish editing your audio file, we will publish it to your podcast channel on Anchor. We will set up your Anchor account so as to receive the audio file. Keep in mind, you will need visual branding, such as a logo, and a website to help with your reach. Throughout the process, Brandon can consult with you on other podcasting platforms to publish to. Some are free, and some are fee based. We can discuss your strategy.

DIRECTIONS TO STUDIO:
Tha’Max/Tin Shingle Studio is in a building right along Main Street in Wappingers Falls, NY. The building does have parking behind it, but it is often full.

The secondary parking lot is down a the side street right next to the building, and on the right. It’s a Bottini fuel lot, with a small sign that says it’s for secondary parking for 2789 West Main Street. Once you park there, you will walk back to the building, entering it from the side entrance. It’s a narrow yet short alleyway that you’ll find the door. Brandon Lillard, your podcast producer, will meet you at the door to let you in. The studio is on the second floor, so there will be a flight of stairs right away at the door.

Podcast Add-Ons

Consulting

You know you want the podcast, but you don’t know how to frame it, what it’s called, how to think up more episodes, etc. Consulting with Brandon and Katie can answer these questions and provide direction for moving forward. Consulting also includes how to position the podcast on your website to leverage it to your audience. Brandon and Katie can make recommendations on a range of considerations, including the overall page framework, content on the page and graphic design. They can also advise you on how to put it out on your social channels, and best practices for dropping the next episode.

Podcast Writing and Press Releases

Press Release

PRESS RELEASE
Now that you have produced the podcast, you need to get the word out to the media. In this package, Tin Shingle can write your podcast descriptions for Anchor, Apple iTunes, etc., and write a press release to be send to the media and posted to your website.

Newsletter

Yes, you need a newsletter! When you drop an episode, you’re going to want to tell your subscribers all about it. Direct email is very effective. Promotion should not be left to social media alone. This package includes designing and working with your newsletter in MailChimp or Hubspot, using their drag-n-drop tools to make an effective and mobile-friendly newsletter.

Website and Graphic Design for Podcasts

Website & Graphic Design

You’ll need a website or web page for this podcast series to live. If you don’t have a web team at your service, Tin Shingle’s sister company, Katie James, Inc. can serve as your web team and branding strategists.
